The method is inspired by the very best

For many years, Bill Gates has had his "Think Weeks"—weeks of isolation to read, think deeply, and shape future ideas. We do something similar, but with people and various contexts as catalysts.

The method in practice

After 800 hours of overtime in 2016, Øyvind went to his first "Think Tank" at the Farris Bad spa hotel in Larvik, Norway just before New Year's. All alone. Completely at ease. In a sauna, he sat and planned the strategy for 2017.

A set of new strategies and initiatives were presented to the team on January 2, 2017, including that NO ONE (management included) was allowed to work overtime.

The sum of all these initiatives increased the agency's profit margin from 10% to 28% already in Q1 of the same year.
